Cancellation

CCW Detailing Service has a 24-hour cancellation policy, meaning if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will lose your Booking deposit.

To cancel your appointment, please text or call us at 0851606536. We ask you to confirm your name, car registration number as well as the date/time of your appointment.

No Show

CCW Detailing Service has a ‘’no show’’ policy, meaning if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, then you will still lose your booking deposit (MAXIMUM 30MIN WAITING TIME.)

Pick up / Drop Off

CCW are fully insured to drive any vehicle in their possession. This allows us to provide a pick-up/drop-off service depending on the distance from our location at Miller’s Marsh Car Park, Johnstown, Waterford. This service may include an additional fee depending on your distance from us (km).

Additional Charges

Additional charges will apply should we need to remove seats, use special tools or use more products (Or if your vehicle’s interior is soiled with (mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, blood, sap, moss, algae or paint oxidation). Both parties will agree on all charges upon inspection before work commences.

Damage

CCW Detailing will not be held accountable for any damage to the vehicle when it comes to engine bay services or any other services conducted at the CCW Detailing premises. All work is carried out with care and professionalism.

Price List

The website pricelist provides estimated pricing. All pricing is finalised when you bring your vehicle to CCW Detailing for inspection. Both parties agree to the price before work commences.
